Cynthia Morris Sherman (born January 19, 1954) is an American artist whose work consists primarily of photographic self-portraits, depicting herself in many different contexts and as various imagined characters.

Her breakthrough work is often considered to be the collected "Untitled Film Stills," a series of 70 black-and-white photographs of herself evoking typical women roles in performance media (especially arthouse films and popular B-movies). In the 1980s, Sherman used color film and large prints, and focused more on costume, lighting, and facial expression.

In 1995, Sherman was the recipient of a MacArthur Fellowship.[1] In 2013 she received an honorary doctorate degree from the Royal College of Art, London. (Wikipedia).

ONE THAY IN CINDY SHERMAN’S LIFE

She normally starts very early in the morning. She wakes up at 5:30 am and has a shower. After that, she enjoys a good breakfast,

and she goes to a short morning walk. It takes her no more than 20 minutes and then, she goes back home.

She begins her work at 9 am, regularly and finishes at 12 m. She likes cooking at home. She cooks chicken and green salad. If the day is cold, she makes some soup, too. After lunch, she walks her dog and watches some TV. Then, she prepares new material for her work. She stops working at 4:30 pm.

She likes to take photographs and drawing. She focuses her attention on portraits, facial expressions to create a piece of art. She likes to trace a sketch before. Always, it is a good idea to have a plan.

In her leisure time, Cindy draws landscapes and portraits. She uses different technics like to shade, to light or to spread colours freely. She likes reading a good novel or short stories, too. She communicates by video conferences by Skype, Zoom or Meetings. Because the pandemic she works only at home and coordinates online all the time is necessary.

At nights, she prefers relaxing by yoga or listening to music. Sometimes, watches a comedy or any other kind of film with a positive message. She always has a brief dinner to be healthy. She usually goes to bed ad 10 pm. and falls to sleep at 10:30, approximately.
